Ingredients
China Mao Feng white tea, Sencha green tea (Chinese), candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar), candied mango (mango, sugar), cherries, natural flavoring, oranges, Gunpowder green tea (Chinese), lemon, cranberries, roses, strawberries, cherry blossom. Origin: EU.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for 2 dl of water. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be infused up to three times; for the second and third infusion, keep the correct water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, pour cold water over the desired amount of tea, using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave for 2-3 hours, then strain. You may adjust the taste with sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juice.
