Ingredients

BIO Green Japanese tea.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain the tea.

The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.

For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. You may adjust the finished drink to taste with sugar, honey, citrus fruit, fresh fruit, or fruit juice.
