Ingredients

BIO Japanese green tea.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Let it steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.

For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2 to 3 hours, then strain. Sweeten or add citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juices to taste.
