Evergreen Jun Chiyabari is a Nepalese BIO green tea from the Jun Chiyabari tea plantation in the province of Dhankuta, around 200 km from Kathmandu and 65 km from the Darjeeling region in India. The plantation lies at an altitude of 1600 m to 2000 m and covers 75 km².
The tea leaves are manually processed, giving this green tea its distinctive appearance and refined character. The leaves are green with white tips, beautifully hand-rolled and twisted.

Taste & Aroma
This green tea has a gentle herbal aroma, with a soft floral taste and a sweet ripe apricot aroma. When prepared correctly, it offers a smooth and pleasant cup without unnecessary bitterness.

Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for 2 dl of water. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, keep the correct water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2 to 3 hours, then strain.
