Taste & Aroma
The tea has a fresh lemon aroma that pairs naturally with the smooth character of green tea. Lemongrass and natural aroma give the blend a lively, refreshing profile without overpowering the green tea base.
Ingredients
BIO Green Tea China Sencha, lemongrass (5%), natural aroma.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Let the tea steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, pour cold water over the desired amount of tea, using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Add citrus fruit, fresh fruit, fruit juice, sugar, or honey according to taste.
