Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour water heated to 100°C over the tea and steep for 3 minutes. Then strain the tea.

The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as longer steeping may make the tea taste more bitter.
