Ingredients
Chinese Sencha green tea, candied pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar) (6%), aroma, pear pieces (4%), sand immortelle, saffron flowers, marigold flowers.
Preparation
For one 2 dl cup, use 1 teaspoon of tea approximately 2 g. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time slightly.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Add sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juice to taste.
