This Lung ching Superior green tea has a mild taste, full flavour and a pleasant aroma with floral and chestnut notes. Its character is gentle, refined and never boring.
Ingredients
BIO green Chinese tea. Marketing of organic products controlled by: SI-EKO-004. Origin: China.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Add sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit or fruit juices to taste.
