Taste & Aroma
The blend has a fresh aromatic character, rounded by strawberries and red currant. The green tea base gives it a lively and refreshing profile, while the fruit additions make it pleasant both warm and chilled.
Ingredients
Japanese green tea Sencha, Bancha, Genmaicha (tea, rice, corn), Gyokuro, natural aroma*, strawberries, red currant.
*Natural flavoring includes aromatic components obtained from plant or food-based sources, where the main function is aromatic and not nutritional.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea (approx. 2g) for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Let it steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, pour cold water over the tea using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave it for 2-3 hours, then strain. You may add sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit or fruit juice to taste.
