Taste & Aroma

Jade Pearl Green Tea has a delicate jasmine flavor with a slightly sweet note and a long-lasting floral aftertaste. Its gentle aroma is gradually released as the tea pearls open in hot water.

Ingredients

Green tea, jasmine flowers.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times; for the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.

For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Sweeten or add citrus fruit, fresh fruit, or fruit juice to taste.
