Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl tea cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, extend the steeping time and monitor the water temperature.
