This oolong tea has an incredibly gentle, sweet and creamy aroma. The cup is delicate and smooth, with a milky taste and a pleasant sweet aftertaste.
Ingredients
Semi-fermented tea, natural flavouring (contains lactose).
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain.
The tea may be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as water that is too hot or steeping that is too long may make the tea taste more bitter.
