Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2 g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour water at 100°C over the tea and steep for 3 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third pouring, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
