Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 80°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
