Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, keep the water temperature controlled and extend the steeping time slightly. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as water that is too hot or steeping for too long may make the tea taste bitter.
