Preparation

Place 1-2 teaspoons of dried blue flowers in a tea strainer and put the strainer in a cup. Pour hot water at about 90°C over the tea. Steep for 3-5 minutes, or until the infusion reaches the desired colour. Remove the strainer and enjoy.

Adding lemon or other acidic ingredients will change the colour of the tea from blue to purple.
