This tea has a delicate, slightly sweet aroma with a floral undertone. In the cup, it has a light yellow colour and a soft, refined character.

White tea.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.

The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, keep the correct water temperature and extend the steeping time slightly. Avoid using water that is too hot or steeping for too long, as this may make the tea taste more bitter.
