Taste & Aroma
Yunnan green has a pleasantly sweet taste with a slight floral aroma. It also carries the earthy aroma that is typical of teas from Yunnan province.

Green Chinese tea.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, pour cold water over the desired amount of tea, using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain.
