Taste & Aroma

Ingredients
Green tea (44%), tomato flakes (tomato, cornstarch), shiitake (12%), lemon peel, basil, sage leaves, black pepper, rosemary leaves.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as water that is too hot or steeping that is too long may make the tea taste more bitter.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain.
