Taste & Aroma
Thanks to the combination of lemons, oranges and ginger, this tea has a pleasantly fresh taste. Ginger adds a lightly spicy note, while the citrus ingredients bring a clean and lively aroma.
Ingredients
Chinese Sencha green tea, ginger, oranges, natural flavouring*, sunflower flowers, lemon. Origin: EU.
*Natural flavouring includes essential oils, oleoresins, essential or extractive oils, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or products of roasting, heating or enzymolysis whose important function in food is aromatic rather than nutritional.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea approximately 2g for a 2 dl teacup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, pour the desired amount of tea with cold water, using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave the tea in water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Add sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit or fruit juices to taste.
