Goodbye Cold Herbs has a pleasant herbal taste with elderflower and linden, rounded with a sweet licorice undertone. Tete Pehte Herb Tea is a rich traditional herbal blend with many familiar herbs. Nana Mint Morocco offers an intense mint aroma and a refreshing mint taste.
Ingredients
Goodbye Cold Herbs: elderflower, linden, thyme, rosehip, blackberry leaves, wild thyme, anise, fennel, licorice, calendula.
Tete Pehte Herb Tea: cranberry, fennel, licorice, anise, bean skin, rosehip, peppermint, St. John’s wort, blueberry leaves, yarrow, nettle, chamomile, elderberry, wild thyme, horsetail, dandelion, marigold, rosemary, thyme.
Nana Mint Morocco Herbal Tea: sliced leaves of Moroccan mint (nana).
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2 g, with water at 100 °C. Steep for 5-8 minutes.
Tete Pehte Herb Tea can be poured up to three times. Let each later infusion steep a little longer. The final infusion can also be prepared by boiling the herbs for 10-15 minutes, then straining and serving. Honey or lemon may be added if desired.
