Taste & Aroma
The tea has a pleasant sour and fruity aroma. In the cup, it develops a fresh fruit taste, balanced by a sweet undertone from caramel pieces and dissolving sugar decorations.
Ingredients
Hibiscus flowers, raisins (raisins, rum), sugar buns and clovers (isomaltose, pieces of caramel [sweetened condensed skim milk, sugar, glucose syrup, fats, humectant: sorbitol, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids]), elderberries.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour boiling water at 100°C over the tea and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain before serving.
