Ingredients
Black tea – Assam from South India, cocoa pieces, barley malt, roasted chicory root, pieces of ginger, cardamom, aroma, black pepper. Origin: EU.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour boiling water at 100°C over the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Then strain and enjoy. The tea can be poured up to three times; for the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
