Ingredients

Black tea Keemun, Darjeeling, Assam.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water at 100°C and let it steep for 3 minutes. After steeping, strain the tea.

The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as steeping too long may make the tea taste more bitter.

Milk may be added to black tea if desired, although it is not necessary.
