Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, with water heated to 100°C. Let it steep for 5-8 minutes. The tea can be poured up to three times, with each following infusion left longer in the cup.

For the final preparation, the herbs can be boiled in a bowl for 10-15 minutes, then strained into a cup. Honey or lemon may be added according to taste.

Important Note

This tea contains St. John’s wort. St. John’s wort may negatively affect the simultaneous use of antidepressants, antibiotics, contraceptives, and blood clotting medicines.
