Assam Mokalbari is described as very aromatic, with a slightly spicy taste, little tannins and a copper-colored cup. Black Masala combines Assam black tea with warming spices for a traditional Indian-style drink.
Ingredients
The package contains Ceylon Koppakanda black tea, Assam Mokalbari black tea and Black Masala flavored black tea. Black Masala contains Assam black tea, pieces of ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon bark, fennel and anise.
Preparation
Use 2 g of tea per 2 dcl of water. Prepare with water at 100°C and steep for 3-5 minutes.
