Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, keep the correct water temperature and extend the steeping time slightly.
