Darjeeling black tea, bergamot aroma.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water at 100°C and steep for 3 minutes. Strain after steeping.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as steeping for too long may make the tea taste more bitter.
