Taste & Aroma
This Nepalese black tea is described as mild and aromatic, with a delicate floral aftertaste reminiscent of Darjeeling. It gradually develops into a more intense note associated with Ceylon tea. The cup has a light brown colour and a slightly smoky sweetness.

Black Nepalese tea.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour boiling water at 100°C over the tea and steep for 3 minutes. Strain after steeping.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, extend the steeping time while monitoring the water temperature. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as oversteeping may make the tea taste more bitter.
