Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour boiling water at 100°C over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as steeping for too long may make the tea taste more bitter.
Milk may be added to black tea according to personal preference, although it is not necessary.
