Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Let the tea steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain.

The tea can be infused up to three times. For the second and third infusion, keep the correct water temperature and extend the steeping time. Proper water temperature and steeping time are important, as water that is too hot or steeping that is too long may make the tea taste more bitter.
