Ingredients
Chinese green tea.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for 2 dl of water. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Adjust the taste with sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juices if desired.
