Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain.

The tea can be poured up to three times. Monitor the water temperature for each infusion and extend the steeping time for the second and third infusion.

For cold preparation, pour cold water over the desired amount of tea, using 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. Sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juices may be added to taste.
