Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2 g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 95°C. Steep for 1-2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times.

For cold preparation, pour cold water over the tea leaves and strain after 2 hours of steeping.
