Taste & Aroma

This white tea has a very gentle taste, making it a good option for those who prefer softer tea aromas. The blend combines floral notes from white hibiscus and rosemary with the fresh character of lemongrass and lemon.

Ingredients

Chinese Mao Feng white tea, lemon grass, aroma, lemon pieces (5%), apple pieces, peppermint leaves, white hibiscus flowers, rosemary leaves. Origin: EU.

Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 80°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times; keep the water temperature at 80°C and extend the steeping time for the second and third infusion.

For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. You may add lemon, lime, ginger, seasonal fruit, fruit juice, sugar, or honey according to taste.
