Ingredients
Black tea – Assam, Chinese black tea, crunchy pieces with sugar and hazelnuts, natural flavoring. Origin: EU.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl teacup. Pour water at 100°C over the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. After steeping, strain the tea.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third pouring, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as steeping for too long can make black tea taste more bitter.
