Preparation

Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water at 100°C and steep for 3 minutes, then strain.

The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third infusion, extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as oversteeping may make black tea taste more bitter.
