Taste & Aroma
This English Breakfast Black Tea prepares a drink with a strong taste. The blend combines the aromatic character of Ceylon tea, the strength of Indian Assam and the colour of East African tea.
Ingredients
A blend of Assam, Ceylon and East African black teas.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2g, for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water heated to 100°C and steep for 3 minutes. After steeping, strain the tea.
The tea can be poured up to three times. For the second and third pouring, monitor the water temperature and extend the steeping time. Correct water temperature and steeping time are important, as longer steeping may make the tea taste more bitter.
