Ingredients
Holy basil – tulsi (44%), apple pieces, spirochete, lemon grass (8%), cinnamon, honeybush, lemon balm (5%), aroma, rooibos, marigold flowers.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea, approximately 2 g. Pour with water at 100°C and steep for 5-8 minutes. The tea can be poured up to three times. Leave each following infusion longer in the cup. The final infusion can also be prepared by boiling the spices in a bowl for 10-15 minutes, then straining into a cup.
You can add honey, ginger or lemon to the tea.
