Ingredients
Chinese green tea Sencha, Ming mee, Pai mu tan, Gunpowder, China Wu Lu, jasmine flowers, plums, apricot pieces, blackcurrant, natural aroma.
Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of tea or approximately 2g for a 2 dl cup. Pour over water that has boiled and cooled to 90°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain. The tea can be poured up to three times; for the second and third infusion, extend the steeping time and monitor the water temperature.
For cold preparation, use 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of cold water. Leave the tea in the water for 2-3 hours, then strain. You may add sugar, honey, citrus fruits, fresh fruit, or fruit juice to taste.
